The driver was very polite! It took a long time for our suitcases to be collected but he phoned me to see where I was which was very good! As we stayed in a remote villa, his satnav did not pick it up, so I had to use Google maps on my phone to show him the way. He was very helpful! Once we got to the villa he let us drop our suitcases and he gave us a lift to the supermarket! Great service I would definitely use again

Excellent service at really short notice on my part. We were arriving in Majorca less than 24 hours after I Web chatted to a representative. Email confirmations were sent. A representative was waiting for us at baggage claim and took us to our driver. He loaded our bags and off we went and were dropped right outside the reception of our hotel. Return journey was just as good. We had an early start. Driver was there and waiting 15 mins early. Excellent service all round.
